First time user but happy I did it! I was hesitant to buy but not because of the product but because I’m in Canada and my usual stores don’t carry it and I had to pay import fees. But putting that aside, it was worth it! This tag comes very well recommended by amazing vets like Dr. Judy Morgan who has spent years educating pet parents on safer solutions and if you think about it this tag is actually a cheaper investment long term vs applying the commonly known chemicals every few months or so that are dangerous for your pet!!. I will be buying this again once my tag expires, if you’re hesitant to buy, don’t..it truly works as long as you follow the instructions.
