Went in yesterday and had the best experience ever. Gary and the employees are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Gave us lots of advice when choosing soaps and food, etc. The prices are great and the customer service is top notch. Would definitely recommend.

I give dog food slu 5 stars across the board. I love the customer service and the range of options and my dogs love the food as well. I have 3 pitbulls and all of them love the food and treats I get. I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to treat their animals right.

Absolutely top-tier service! I called ahead and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. When I arrived at the store, the in-person experience was just as great—friendly, attentive service and a clean, well-organized space. I found exactly what I needed for my puppy, and the product quality is excellent. You can tell they really care about pets and their customers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for premium pet food and outstanding customer care!

Excellent customer service. Haven't gotten this type of service in a very long time. The young lady was exceptional. This is my first time trying out these brands and was unsure as to which brand I should try. Luckily I got sample sizes to try out. I will definitely be back for the bigger bags

I absolutely recommend this business. Great location as it is close to everything if I need to go to Rodney Bay. They also do delivery if you are unable to visit their store, as well as an app to let you know what new items they have or is out of stock. 5/5 will recommend to everyone.
