Zoo Med’s ReptiSticks™ Floating Aquatic Turtle Food is a premium diet designed to cater to the nutritional needs of aquatic turtles, newts, frogs, and crabs. With over four decades of expertise in reptile nutrition, Zoo Med has formulated these floating sticks to closely mimic the natural diet of these aquatic species, ensuring they receive balanced and wholesome nutrition.

Nutritional Composition:

ReptiSticks™ are crafted from high-quality ingredients, including fish meal, soybean meal, and kale, providing a rich source of proteins and essential nutrients. The inclusion of fish meal offers a protein content of 35%, supporting muscle development and overall health. A minimum of 5% crude fat ensures energy requirements are met, while a maximum of 3% crude fiber aids in digestion. The food also maintains optimal moisture and ash levels, with a maximum of 10% and 11% respectively. Calcium, vital for shell and bone strength, is present in a range of 1.2% to 1.7%, and phosphorus is included at a minimum of 1.0%. Additionally, each kilogram of ReptiSticks™ contains at least 121 mg of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), bolstering the immune system. 

Feeding Guidelines:

To promote optimal health, feed your aquatic pets once or twice daily. Dispense a small portion of ReptiSticks™ into the water, allowing them to consume within a five-minute window. After an hour, remove any uneaten food to maintain water quality. For dietary variety, consider supplementing with Zoo Med’s Can O’ Shrimp and other turtle treats.
